Welcome to CoolNow™ — Florida’s no-drama, no-credit-check HVAC financing solution.

By accessing or using our website, services, financing products, or interacting with our team (human or AI), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — we like transparency around here.

1. Who We Are

CoolNow™ is a financial product and service operated by Climacore, a licensed HVAC contractor based in Florida. We offer HVAC system financing solutions to Florida residents through select, vetted credit partners. All installations and services are performed by state-licensed professionals.

2. Eligibility & Service Area

To qualify for financing or services through CoolNow™, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Reside in the state of Florida

  • Own or legally reside in the property being serviced

  • Be able to provide accurate property and contact information

We currently serve counties including but not limited to: Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Polk, Lake, Brevard, Volusia, Marion, and Hillsborough.

3. Use of Our Website

When you use this site, you agree:

  • Not to provide false or misleading information

  • Not to attempt to breach the site’s security

  • Not to reproduce or redistribute any part of our website content without permission (yes, we see you, copycats)

4. Financing Disclosures

CoolNow™ offers no credit check financing options, but we may work with third-party lenders that perform a soft credit inquiry, depending on your unique situation and the program you’re applying for. These inquiries do not affect your credit score.

You will always be informed before any financing terms are finalized, and we will never run your credit without consent.

Some financing may be offered through the Florida PACE Program or other state-supported programs. All disclosures and agreements for those will be provided separately, clearly, and in plain English — no confusing legalese here.

5. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Compliance

We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to ensure fair, accurate, and private handling of any credit-related information you may provide.

You have the right to:

  • Know if your credit report was used in a decision

  • Dispute incomplete or inaccurate information

  • Be notified if negative actions are taken based on credit info

We do not share, sell, or misuse your personal or credit information — period.

6. Estimates, Pricing & Installations

Our instant online estimates are just that — estimates. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Property inspection

  • System size and SEER rating

  • Ductwork requirements

  • Location and access

All installations are performed by Climacore HVAC & R, LLC and licensed contractors in compliance with Florida Building Code and HVAC licensing laws. Permits will be pulled when required.

7. Warranty & Service Terms

All HVAC units installed via CoolNow™ come with manufacturer warranties. Labor warranties may vary depending on the financing program and installation partner. Warranty details will be clearly disclosed before you sign off on anything.

8. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a credit pre-approval form or financing application does not guarantee financing. Approval is subject to eligibility and lender participation. That said — we work hard to find a way for nearly everyone. If one program doesn’t fit, we’ll show you another.

9. Right to Cancel

Under Florida law, you have the right to cancel any signed home improvement contract within 3 business days of signing, as long as it hasn’t been substantially performed. We support this right — just contact us directly to process it.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoolNow™ and Climacore are not responsible for:

  • Third-party lender terms or decisions

  • Delays due to weather, permitting, or supply chain issues

  • Misuse or improper maintenance of your HVAC system after installation

Our liability will never exceed the cost of the service or product you contracted with us for.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the update date at the top of this page. It’s your responsibility to review the terms — though we’ll always do our best to keep things clear and simple.
